I ordered this item on Amazon. It turns out that Amazon misled me to believe the item here (Deluo 38-012-05) was the item that I would receive from Tigerdirect. However, Tigerdirect sent me gps receiver for a cell phone. After some investigation I found that Amazon provides cross reference numbers to it's vendors and the vendor lists those items using the number provided by Amazon. In this case Amazon must have provided an incorrect number to Tigerdirect because after receiving the wrong item from Tigerdirect and contacting them, I found that Tigerdirect does not even carry the item listed on Amazon. So, Tigerdirect tried to assist but they were unable to obtain this item for shipment to me. Amazon was totally unwilling to assist and said I could purchase the item from them again at a much higher price than what was originally contracted. So, I found a Garmin equivalent on the internet at antonline for an even better price than the amount I intended to pay for the Deluo, and it works just fine. So, my recommendation for this item is to go to antonline to get fast shipping and a better deal.
